We are specialise in Financial Fraud Investigations and Asset Recovery.
Financial forensics, also referred to as forensic accounting, is the process of analysing the financial records of both individuals and corporations to find evidence of criminal wrongdoing that can be admissible in a court of law. It includes investigation into suspected cases of tax fraud, money laundering, misappropriation, bribery and other financial criminal activity (including crypto currency).
Investigating fraud, through illegal accounting as well as corruption and bribery needs a multitude of skills to identify the depths that have been employed to defraud. Our forensic experts can bring together team resources to offer a full analysis of the extent of the fraud and the damaging results.
If necessary our investigators will act as expert witnesses in any subsequent legal proceedings.
Through our group of associates we can pursue and arrange recovery of any assets that were illegally obtained or are available to offset outstanding debts.
These assets can be in the form of money or physical items of value such as real estate, precious metals, race horses, luxury goods, or an aeroplane etc.
