Our founder, John Pennington, was born in Uruguay of English parents and first came to the UK as a small child.

Almost 20 years ago, following a two year contract in Spain as a Financial Director, where he worked on port development, John returned to the UK with his family and worked in the property, regeneration and planning sectors.
It was at this time that he formed the idea of using his own business acumen and blending this with various partnerships with other specialists in a wide range of disciplines to offer an unapparelled consultancy service . Over the intervening years he has formed a number of specialist companies under The Pennington Group banner offering opportunities in many niche markets.
The Group can now offer a broad range of advice and help in such areas as property, banking, technology, security, the arts and more….
